First and Foremost let me start with gratitude for Hank and his teams for accomplishing the Impossible! Have you ever heard of a 6 month Escrow? Yeah, me either until I realized our thought became a plan and the plan became reality. Lets just say we thought we had planned and had everything in order until our taxes werent showing what need to be seen, our account numbers were not MATHING for the lender and our credit wasnt good enough to close on ANYTHING! Lets just say we were living off a hope and a dream. We started escrow with a different lender that made it clear it was impossible for us to close on this property for our family. NO was never an option on this property so we fired him and Hank and his team stepped in and made MAGIC. Hank had everyone on deck for us from our credit to taxes, he was truly Heaven sent. He understood that NO was not an option and he made sure of that! While is escrow the seller wanted to pull out on the deal due to the lengthy escrow, unbeknownst to Hank, I called the seller (which is untraditional) in month 3 and let him know that I was willing to release half of our EMD to stay in escrow, he agrees which bought us 3 more months. Long story shorter, Hank held our hand and walked us to the process to the finish line. Hank started as our lender but now hes our Brother! Made the Impossible Possible and you turned ALL the NOs to YES! Thank you SO much!! This is just the beginning!!

My fianc and I were in a mad-dash to get into a home after relocating to LA and Hank was absolutely fantastic. As first-time home buyers, we had a million questions and concerns about buying in California, however, the patience and responsiveness demonstrated by him and his team was truly amazing. Hank was able to get us a very competitive rate as well as an amazing deal on our closing costs which was a breath of fresh air in this challenging housing market. Always willing to take our call and work with us around traditional business hours given our crazy schedules. We ended up closing in 21 days which was lightning-fast compared to what comparative banks and brokers were offering. He went the extra mile for us and we're so excited to have a finance guy in our corner who we can trust for the foreseeable future. We couldn't be happier!

Buying a home is a nerve wrecking and stressful process. Thankfully my family and I ran into Henry, because making our biggest decision yet its not easy trusting just anybody. Henry and his team are very trusting and genuine people. They made our dream come true but most importantly they made it with such professionalism and care and I am beyond thankful for such a pleasant experience. Henry and his team will treat you like family and execute! I am telling all my friends and family about him and his team!

Where do I even begin with Henry and his team. First and foremost, I want to personally thank Henry, Alexia,Marc and Ashley for making our dreams come true. It's truly a blessing how God answered our prayers. I would also want to thank my ex-brother in-law Aaron for introducing us to Henry . Prior to meeting Henry, I've lost hope of ever finding a home that is right for my family and I. We were working with another realtor before Henry and his team and they just couldn't get the ball rolling for us. The experience we had with the previous realtor agents was completely the opposite of how Henry and his team got us to where we are now. A new house that we call our home and they also helped us sold my parents old home. I was truly amazed of their professionalism and truly felt all the honesty and knowledge they all contributed to make things happened. I truly believe that God sent Henry, Alexia,Marc and Ashley in our lives. My family and I are very grateful for everything. I'm a single parent and raised my boys on my own with the help of my parents. I would not have imagined in a million years that we would own a home that we all love. We are looking forward for more journey together coz next will be my 2 older kids to purchase their own property. We've not only gained partners and friends in our journey. We gained a family with Henry, Marc,Alexia and Ashley
