Today me and my friend walked in to the store for the first time and the experience exceeded my standards and then some. We were assisted by Roberto and left extremely happy. After looking in the store for over an hour I came to a decision and was given a free complimentary flower along with my purchase. Roberto provided exceptional service and I will definitely be a returning customer!!

This is probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The flowers were lovely upon arrival, however, leaked a terrible substance a few months later. The flowers themselves were ruined and the substance ruined my beautiful console table in my home. When I contacted the company, they falsely accused me of allowing the flowers to touch my furniture. This was not the case.. This company would not even replace the flowers (which were extremely expensive). They offered an insulting $100 gift card. I had to throw out the entire large box of roses and pay a furniture refinishing company $1500 to restore my entry console. Do not be fooled into thinking these roses are worth the money. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with their terrible customer service.

Do not order from this company. I ordered flowers as a holiday gift on December 18th with expedited delivery. These flowers are very expensive, and they offered a guaranteed holiday delivery. They had no problem charging for the flowers and expedited delivery charge, yet the flowers were not delivered. The day before Christmas, I received an email in the middle of the night that there was a problem with the order, that they had run out of the color I selected. They gave me an option to select another color which I did, but then I had to argue to get the expedited shipping refunded since they were unable to deliver the order by Christmas. A few days later I got an email saying the 2nd color I picked from the options they provided was also unavailable, so they still had not created or shipped the order. They asked me to pick another color from a list they provided which I did. They assured me that the flowers would ship the next day. On January 2nd, I received yet another email saying there was a problem with the order because the ORIGINAL COLOR of flowers that I selected was not available and the flower arrangement still had not been created or sent this last time I called and had to go around in circles with customer service to cancel this order and get a full refund. This is a scam. They take your money for products they dont have. They promise expedited delivery with no intention of providing it. Spend your money elsewhere.
