After feeling ignored (the head of the office is an extremely polite and diplomatic gentleman but not helpful) with my voicemail messages unanswered and no return calls, I was fortunate to encounter Martha, who is responsive and so reliable! In less than 24 hours, she graciously and efficiently resolved our billing issue, and we're sticking with this Allstate branch office since we have found Martha to be so helpful. She's truly the best!

Every holiday they call me. They have an automated calling machine that harasses you every holiday and during daylight savings. Even though I called them to stop calling me they still keep calling me and I'm not even a customer! Please update your calling list! Harassment! Horrible.
