They hate people. I contacted this office (I dared to come without calling or making an appointment, just using a Google map and reading reviews) because I urgently needed car insurance. I came on foot and walked for almost an hour in the heat. I'm so tired. There was only one guy in the office who was on the phone and just told me, Go wait there. When he finished the phone conversation, he simply shouted to me from afar: You can come here. He placed two chairs next to each other, half a meter from the table. So I couldn't get any closer and I couldn't sit down. Yes, he didn't invite me to sit down. Because he wasn't going to talk to me. I said that I don't speak English well, but I have a big problem, I can't pick up the car I bought from the dealership because I don't have insurance. I urgently need to buy insurance. He asked if I had current insurance. What a brilliant question! Certainly! I'm just out of boredom walking in the heat and bothering Your Majesty over trifles. I replied that I did not have insurance. Actually, that's why I came. He answered me, attention: I cant help you, you need to call Geiko. This is simply brilliant advice. Why didnt I think of calling Geiko myself? Probably because my English is not very good, and I said this from the very beginning. And thats why I decided to walk to the office in the heat to buy insurance on the spot. But the insurance agent does not sell insurance, it turns out. That is, the insurance agent selling insurance says that he cannot sell insurance to the person who came to him with money. And he does it like he's the king of the universe and I came to ask Hey guy, you're just an insurance agent. That's all! As I walked out the door, the lock clicked behind me. HE CLOSED THE DOOR SO THAT I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T COME BACK I have never seen such strange sellers in any country. and I've actually traveled halfway around the world. Just avoid them. These people definitely don't care about your problems.
