Matthew was horrible to deal with. Someone needs to train him on being professional. He doesn't know how to treat/talk to people when it's business to business. Treat people and other businesses the same way you want to be treated. Angry management might be needed.

Very poor service , would not recommend to anybody. Very rude customer service. Unprofessional to me when I called about retaining some info about the company. Will never again consider them for business, Matthew was very arrogant

I highly recommend this company. I worked with many multi media teams for the past 15 years, so I have a lot of experience. His company is very effective and efficient. Easy to work with. They are easy to communicate with. Theyre easy to direct and always there when I need to call them or text them. Their quality of work is phenomenal. Great turnaround time as well and their prices are very reasonable.

Highly highly recommended! They did a video for me of my dental practice and I couldnt be happier!!! Lenny and Justin were both great to work with and gave me great advice on what would work best. Scheduling was super easy and both were easily accessible by phone or email whenever I needed them. My video looks amazing! Thank you!!!

We had a scheduled commercial shoot with Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson. The contracted Videographer cancelled last minute. We called Top Group Media and they worked us into their busy schedule and it was an amazing experience working with their team to make our shoot a success. The team was very professional.
