Exer Urgent Care - Anaheim - Euclid St

Yesterday which is Saturday 4/7/24, I came with severe coughing with swollen throat and feeling pain when m swallowed water or anything that entering in my mouth I feel the pain and I do have greenish flame, I came to this urgent care bc its closer to where I live. This urgent care is treating like a primary care Dr office. If I would have known, I definitely wouldnt came here! I met Dr lanah (whatever her name) shes vey young.. The words she talked to me are very unprofessional! So you have to wait until Monday to get the lab results So I called today Monday, the front desk told me the results is in and Dr ( different Dr) will call you for the results and when is that be she said end of the day which is 8pm then pharmacy will be closed then the front desk said they are very busy! she came in asked the MA to swap inside my throat so they can sent to the lab. Again, if this is done like this I wouldnt come here, I would go to my primary care. She doesnt know what my symptoms is she did not feel my both side of my neck to se I have swollen. I do have swollen on my right. She just subscribe cough and for my flame And the ibuprofen.. and the pharmacy did not have me the ibuprofen bc the dosage is too high they have to called the Dr. And be careful what they gave your paper on the way out I did asked the front desk person Why there are two diagnoses 1 I came here for my severed coughing 2 diabetes She said bc you have diabetes so Dr need to know Then it should states history has diabetes The PA and the MA did not diagnosis me about my diabetes So I will wait until they billed to my insurance then I can check whether they charged for two dx Instead 1 dx To me this place I gave -0 Horrible experience 9pm no Dr calls regarding my lab test

Very reliable Urgent Care. Dr. Alterman is very professional and experienced doctor. He explains my condition very well and is very attentive to my needs. Thank you Dr. Alternan. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
