THE FLOWERS WERE SO BEAUTIFUL. I honestly wasn't expecting them to look that great!! Highly recommend! I called them and told them what I was looking for, and they went above and beyond what I ordered on the website.

This floral company is fraud and has a major lack of communication. I ordered $80.80 of a STANDARD SPRING bouquet and I didnt get sent a picture or any updates of what status was. Ordered the day before for national flower day. Sent an email and Called their floral shop number THREE TIMES before a guy answered, but he didnt speak English well, so it was hard to communicate but all that was said was that it would be delivered today.. The person I sent flowers to texted me a photo of the flower bouquet and I was SO EMBARRASSED. It looked nothing like the $80 bouquet, like not even similar which is the sad part. It was supposed to be a cute spring flower bouquet w/ pastel colored tulips and she was sent ugly dark roses. I and anyone could get way better flowers/a flower bouquet from Trader Joes for less than $20. I live out-of-state so I wish that couldve been an opt for me. The last floral delivery small business company I used was Sage Sisters in San Diego & if you take a look at their insta and was cheaper than this shop. Im no longer supporting any floral business other than Sage Sisters bc their service and flowers are so beautiful and would gladly drive there when in the OC area! Def doing a chargeback.

LV florals exceeded my expectations! I had to push out the delivery date (because I messed up on the date) and they did it with NO problem at all. My mom got the flowers yesterday and sent me a photo and they are even prettier than the picture online!!! They definitely added more florals than the photo they had online making it a more expensive looking arrangement. I'm thrilled how beautiful they turned out and how great the customer service was. Order from them!

My first time going to this flower shop, I normally order flowers for convenience and busy schedule. I went in, it was quiet the gentleman helping me was very friendly and asking me different questions of what I'm looking for. I told him it was for a friend, it was her birthday and if he can put together something nice. He exceeded my expectations. My friend absolutely loved her flowers and got compliments in return Thank you so much for your help and beautiful bouquet . I will definitely be back.
