        "Amenities dont work. Its been over a month that the pool isnt working and theres hardly anybody working on remodeling it. It seems that its gonna take months to Be ready. Gym equipment has been broken for months and Ive sent emails asking for repairs. Depending who you talk to at the leasing office, you get different answers. Staff at the office is very bad at getting stuff fixed. Mail room door is broken too. It took them 5 months to fix my gate code. First they said the call box didnt work. Then I noticed it did work and it was working all along. I had to go to the office 5 times before someone actually fixed it.

        Maintance from Rise is on point ! Fixes the problem the next day if not they call you to keep you updated . Special thank you to Isaiah from maintenance he comes to my unit often super friendly, always asks if theres anything more to fix , gets the job done no problem real quick !

      Hi Carlos, As stated previously, the pool remodel which started in December should be completed by the end of January. Remodels require us to use an outside vendor and also get permitting/sign offs from the City of Anaheim so unfortunately, the timeline is beyond our control in the office. Similarly, the fitness equipment repairs are contracted through a vendor and in this case, we have been waiting on parts from the manufacturer. We want the equipment to be safe for everyone so going through the proper channels is important to us! I am sorry that you haven't had the best experience with our office staff. We do strive to give thorough responses to each problem presented to us. We will work to improve your experience but if you have specific feedback that could help, we'd be happy to listen.
