Looking for a place for my mother, Who has bad credit. I was transparent with Patty (Patricia Freeman) and told her about her bad credit and that only I will apply. Of course she said no problem. During the application it asked who will live there. I said 2 people. Not knowing that triggers for the other person to fill an application too. I talked to Patty that its only me whos applying but she said everyone over 18 must apply. So we both payed the fee. Results came back. I have about an 800 credit no bad history, she comes back with 530 credit and no bad history. So she denied us by her bad credit. So it was a waste of $110. Bad communicator, slow at doing things, and not direct.

I had been searching for months and I came across this app.. At first, I was a little skeptical, but as I did my research, and found exactly what I was looking for! I want to give a big shout out to Patty. She was the one who made it happen from my family and I. She worked with me. She was very patient. Patty answered all my calls and messages same day. I would definitely suggest her to anybody whos looking for housing through this company. Patty is very detailed and thorough. Renter warehouse has good prices. Yes its difficult to rent a house let alone buy a house, but this company makes it happen. Thank you PATTY!!!

I needed a place to go, and I needed it fast, The person I worked with was Patty, and I will say that she has been AMAZING! She was flexible on meeting and was so helpful that process was incredibly easy thanks to her! Thank you so much Patty!
