Were first time home buyers and had so many questions. Weve gone through so many lenders but were always pushed away as soon as we mention low down and closing! I cant express enough how easy it was for us during our home buying process. John Padilla, ladies and gentlemen, is the man you should talk to! He spoke to us every step of the way.
