Cindy is amazing! We didnt even know what I wanted until she showed it to us. She found the perfect tile to match our existing decor. Still amazed. Highly recommend!!

Though our initial consultation was friendly, the process was extremely disorganized, and Cindy didn't seem to take my budget into consideration. After taking measurements of my space, she presented me with a basic floorplan and screenshots of items to match my color scheme. The screenshots of items she showed me didn't include prices or, in some cases, the brand/website. She presented me with just a couple options for flooring and countertops with no information about pricing ahead of time, and when I expressed concern about how dark her choice of wall color was (multiple times), she dismissed that and said I'd love the color (which I clearly didn't). Both contractors she brought in were friendly (though she didn't check with my schedule before setting up the first visit, so we had to reschedule, which seemed inefficient), but I didn't request custom cabinets and the design wasn't fitting with what I originally wanted. The total cost of the renovations and materials were over twice my budget, so I wasn't able to proceed with it in the end. I also fielded many e-mails which weren't CCed correctly and their personal communications also seemed disorganized; no one knew who should e-mail who. I paid a lot of money for Cindy to show me screenshots of items I wouldn't buy (like $1,000 ceiling fans) and she refused to refund my second installment of her consultation fees even though I was unable to proceed with her proposal or those of her contractors. She stated that I should have asked to be shown more options, but I didn't realize I needed to ask for that or to ask for items that would fit my budget. It was very disappointing and created more work for me. I ended up finding help through word of mouth and have now headed the process of the renovations myself at less than half of what I was quoted by Cindy and her associates. Cindy and Encantada Design helped us make our house a true home. She took every detail that inspired us, found ways to design who we are and what inspires us into every part of our home. There was no way I could have ever done this in my own. The selections and pieces she connected and curated are amazing. I smile every time I walk into my home. Thank you Cindy, 10/10 would encourage a whole house interior design set of work with her, you can trust her and her amazing contractors as well - all terrific. So thankful for all the work Encantada Designs did on my forever home. Ive owned multiple homes and have accumulated a lot of stuff in process. However since my new house was going to be my forever home, I wanted it done right. Cindy and her team did just that. They made everything right and perfect! Even during the construction phase of our home, they offered their consultative feedback on some ideas to consider. And once the construction of our home was done, Cindy had a great vision on how to utilize, fill the space and bring it all together. I could not have imagined it any better than how everything turned out. Next level for sure! It was such a great experience, and Im very thankful for them.
