        We had some issues with our plumbing that had been getting worse over a couple week timeframe. I texted VP, provided a video of the problem, they diagnosed the issue, provided a reasonable quote, and came out shortly thereafter to fix the problem. The diagnosis was correct, communication was good, the problem was fixed, and the cost was reasonable.

        We have used Doug in the past and he did a good job. For some reason he will not answer our phone calls ortexts. Never explained why, just turned us down cold.We haven't done anything to offend him, but he won'toffer any explanation whatsoever!  We liked his workbut feel like we were treated unfairly by him.
