What kind of bank closes at 4pm on a Monday? Literally closing my account tomorrow to open at a bank with standard hours. Update: I've resigned to using the 24hr ATM at this branch to circumvent the strange lobby hours, and now the ATM is out of order. I guess the bank doesn't want my deposits.

The most inconvenient banking hours! Opens at 10:00am and closes at 4:00pm Monday - Friday. Not open on Saturday.

I tried to mobile deposit a check from another bank, and they refused to cash it, called it fraudulent! Had to take it to a branch and prove it wasn't fraudulent, and wait for it to clear, just in case! Never had a problem with Chase and they have a drive thru ATM.

The Sedona branch has many complaints about Mark and the bearded fool for making fun and targeting elderly. I suffered a triple bypass and seizure. Everytime I would go in the teller named Mark would act like he had Tourettes and call me "stupid" while the bearded young idiot would laugh outloud. My last transaction they made fun of me even as i was walking out. I walked away because I have a badge. I am turning it in soon. I hope someday I can introduce myself to these two tellers. I told corporate to read the yelp reviews. They target seniors and are very rude and embarrase those they target. Read the reviews on yelp and Wells Fargo. The manager doesn't care at this branch. I was a teacher for 28 years, cop, fireman, former combat marine and SARS. I have never seen more ignorant behavior from high school students let alone bank tellers.. Shame on Wells Fargo.
