Bev and her team did a great job helping us get the house we wanted. Bev has a great list of names and resources to help to help with every step in the process. I would recommend Bev Best to anyone.

I have delt with over 20 realtors on residential real estate over the years and my experience with Bev has been the best of all of them, both for the purchase of the Lot and the recent sale of the cabin. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and caring all the way through the transaction. If you are doing a deal in the White Mountains you should definitely call Bev.

We were very impressed/happy with our realtors Hannah Zachman and Beverly Best at USA West Realty. We were selling my mother-in-laws home/property. We had a lot of questions and thoughts. They listened to us and told us "no worries" they had us taken care of. Hannah staged the home, and had pictures taken. Because it was winter we figured that the showings would be slow, but we had so many offers come in it was incredible. I'd say the biggest stress was deciding which offer was the better offer to take. We owe the sale of the home to Hannah and Beverly's hard work. They made everything easy. If we ever decide to sell our place and buy somewhere else we would definitely call them.

Best isn't just Bev's last name - she really is THE BEST realtor in the White Mountains. She spent months patiently working with us until we found the perfect home and then she made it all happen for us so effortlessly. We can't speak highly enough of the entire team and Best Property AZ!
