Great Clips

This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had in my entire life. When your customers says to do something you do it, dont tell me how hair cutting is done when you dont even know what tool to use! Hire people that are professionals that know what theyre doing, act mature and know how to talk to their customers! Holy hell! I wish I walked out without paying! Never again will I even look towards this place!

I don't know where the prior comment came from that said "never give you the hair cut you want," but it was not me. This particular Great Clips was great. The person who cut my daughter's hair did a great job an gave her the hair cut she asked for and made it look really nice, even compared to the picture that she showed the stylist. Staff was great. Working through people pretty quickly. Don't waste a bunch of time. Down side is the wait times, but price makes it worth it
