        I wasnt able to get the results I hoped for but it was at no fault of theirs. Met with Phil Flemming and his kindness and understanding was enough to still have me leave not feeling terrible. I appreciate the kindness he showed and knowing that my situation was completely unfair and not right even though it was out of his hands (once again his not his fault). It does tell me that if I ever have a situation that would fall under something they can handle then I will go back.
