This is our second trip from Sedona. Which is a 2 hour drive to eat at Icho izakaya. The sushi chef/ owner Shaun is amazing. Presentation and flavor of his sushi is best in Arizona. A must try for sushi lovers.

Food in Icho is absolute perfection! The menu featured an impressive selection of authentic Japanese dishes. The chef used to work at Nobu.Each bite was a revelation of flavors and textures that showcased the chef's mastery. The sashimi platter was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with ocean-fresh flavors. The staff was friendly, attentive, also offered fantastic recommendations based on my preferences. Highly recommend!
