Lava Tankless

This company is absolutely amazing. Not only in customer service, but definitely understanding the needs of the people they serve. Our old tankless went out, and we did not have hot water for two days. Understanding the need for hot water, this company came out within these two days and had everything installed, up and running, removed all of the debris, and were absolutely amazing and stellar! Our installer, Erik, was the epitome of customer service, kindness, and professionalism. Then the owner, Matt, followed up the very next day to check on us and see if there was anything additional that was needed. Talk about wow factor! So grateful and blessed to have found this company.

They installed two tankless units in my home after my traditional water tanks failed. I could not be more satisfied with their service in fact they exceeded my expectations! As a business owner, I often look for examples of how others handle different aspects of customer service. I have learned that its important to look for ways to provide unsolicited solutions to customers problems because they often dont know their are options.

Theres never a good time for your hot water tank to go out Ours did, and we thought wed be days waiting to have it replaced. To our great surprise, Matt had someone out to our home that afternoon! We couldnt have been more impressed with their professional service. We were completely satisfied with our experience with them.

Lava did a great job with setting me up with my new tankless water heater. The process was seamless and done quickly. The team was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will absolutely be using them again!
