I met with Roy in early March gave him my info to do my personal taxes and nothing crazy with my taxes but I cant get a return call after several attempts on my end and tax day has come and gone with no tax return

Beware of Negligent Accountant: ROY and Staff- THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT FILE OUR TAXES!! My experience with this accountant was utterly unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they failed to file my taxes on time, putting me at risk for potential legal and financial consequences. To make matters worse, the accountant, Roy, was always on vacation or out of the office, showing a complete disregard for their clients' needs and responsibilities. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable and I would advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. It is imperative to have an accountant that takes their job seriously and prioritizes their clients' needs. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this accountant. I would strongly advise against using their services and suggest finding an accountant who is reliable, responsible, and truly cares about their clients' financial well-being.
