        They charge a deposit equal to your stay at the time you make the reservation, refundable with 14 days advanced cancellation. My reservation isnt for over 7 months from now, and I cancelled 5 days ago but have yet to receive a refund. Called twice, they said their refunds are manually processed and they were doing it as we spoke, but nothing came back to my card. Finally had to open a dispute with my credit card.

        I will stay here anytime. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The mattress was, OMG! Comfortable! The staff was outstanding from front desk to room service staff and extra kudos to Latrina Martin and her staff made our breakfast experience wonderful. The food was always fresh and full. Her service was impeccable. Her attention to detail was always 100%. To say she was always friendly doesn't do her justice. I've never stayed at a 5 star hotel but I feel like I have. Noteworthy details: The bed/mattress was so comfortable. We slept like babies. This is and cleanliness are deal breakers for a hotel stay but this hotel has my vote.

        I visited here a year ago and the hotel was just as clean today as it was then! The service, however, has changed dramatically. Breakfast was a cluster with 20 people wandering around trying to figure out what to do while 2 ladies stood at the buffet line telling people how they could order breakfast. No table service so people were sitting waiting until they figured out you just go get your own and order at the window with the buffet. 2 days later I get a charge on my card for breakfast. When I call the hotel they tell me its because I left a $10 tip. So someone writes in a large tip even though they provide no tip-able service. And I personally wrote zero in the tip line because I served myself. This is called credit card fraud and if not fixed by the hotel like they state they will, I will press the charges bc the receipt will back me up.

      At time of reservation, it is explained the requirements of the deposit during big events. When terms are accepted by the guest then the advanced deposit is applied. Guest did cancel the reservation through the online process but not directly with the hotel. The hotels are not notified of these cancelations therefore we are unaware. It is brought to our attention by the guest, and we honor the request at that time as did the FD Agent when Ms. Duncan call yesterday 3/5/24 to question the refund.It was also explained that we have released those funds to be placed back into her account however depending on her financial institution it can take several days for the returned funds to show. We've released the funds to her and now the burden/responsibility is placed on the financial institution to put back in her account.
