I needed a quote concerning a matter. Ben Pugh was immediately available and able to give me what I needed. I also emailed him the next day. He response blew me away. I got it within an hour of asking. If you're looking for an insurance agent, contact the Ben Pugh Agency...Allstate. You're in good hands with any of them.

My experience with All-State Insuranc is awesome. Mr. Pugh sat down with me and took the time to gave me the best deal I could afforded. After talking and buying home and car insurance with All-State, I would recommend them more than any other insurance company, and I have been with so many. I recommended a friend, she bought car insurance, and she thanked me for taking her too talk with Mr. Pugh.

So unprofessional the ladies that he have working for Ben Pugh Agency are lazy they do not call back or give you the correct Information. THEY ARE RUDE AND ACT LIKE THEY DON't like their jobs. No Help!!! When Tonya was there she was great... Kay or Kim I would not prefer anyone to themor this Agency .
