Besides the fact that it's in a rotating tower, I wouldn't recommend going here again. I ordered their chef's fresh seafood, which involved a tuna steak, and I received a sharp, pinching pain from the roof of my mouth from a few bites. Akin to an allergic reaction. This has never happened before. I had someone else try it out, and they also experienced the same pinching pain after a few bites. Besides that, a steak came out cold for one of the people in my party, a steak was pinkish inside it despite being requested to be well done, and the wagyu burger that one of the people in my party ordered had a cheese that made it unbearable to eat. The $15 mixed cocktail that I ordered was incredibly underwhelming, too. The drink was too small to be worth $15. Service and environment were good, but I could get better food at a Texas Roadhouse or anywhere else without a reservation or weird allergic reactions from niche ingredients that's gonna start giving me pain.

Update on this. A kind woman named Adrienne (SP?) contacted us after seeing this and invited us back to dine with them, and was kind enough to send a gift card. This was a very kind gesture 360 Grille extended to us and we look forward to giving it another shot. Do not recommend the holiday buffet specials they offer. We went for the Thanksgiving buffet because it sounded wonderful. The elevators stopped working on the way up and we were trapped. They didn't have any one manning the emergency call line which doesn't seem right. After about 45 minutes and several calls to the hotel front desk, the elevator started working again and we finally got to sit down for dinner. As soon as we sat down, the hostess informed us that we needed to get our food pretty quickly because they needed to start pulling all the food due to safety protocols. We took one quick trip around the buffet and apparently they had already stopped the heaters because all the food I took - turkey, prime rib, mac and cheese and one other side dish I can't remember - were all cold. It was terrible. I didn't eat much of what was on my plate. I found some bread and cheese to eat and I had a dessert, but that was all we were able to get because they were shutting down. They were literally stacking chairs and vacuuming around us. After that, I called and talked with a manager who was very kind and said she was going to send us a gift card or something to come back and give them another chance, and she too never followed up with us. Just all around disappointing.
