        I took my jeep last Sat 03/30 to get a recall fixed. I called and made an appointment days before and they had to call me back to ensure the parts would be there. I can only schedule on Saturdays as I don't live in the area and it's my only off day. They called me after it being there for 5-6 hours and said they checked a recall (one I didn't know about) and it was fine but they couldn't fix the one I specifically needed done bc they didn't have the parts. I get it, things happen. So I rescheduled for this Saturday 04/06 and my car is in the shop for 5+ hours and I get a call that they can't fix it because they only schedule one mechanic on Saturday and he was overwhelmed. Now I can't use my car for a trip I was taking this next weekend that we've already spent nearly $1000 on. Needless to say, I'm upset. I don't blame the workers or mechanics because this was clearly an upper management problem. Wasted 2 Saturdays, time, effort, gas, and money for nothing.
