We loved working with Cyndee Oliver! We had a few setbacks but she definitely helped us through it all!! We always hated having to come in to the office for anything because the lady at the front desk is super super rude.

We had such an amazing experience using First Federal and working with Angie Ball! This is our second time using First Federal all the way from Nashville, TN. Angie and the entire team demonstrated flexibility and availability. They always were helpful when I had questions about my loan and made everything very clear to us. I recommend them to everyone here in Nashville and in the Shoals.

I was referred to Susan Beckett by my realtor Kelli Lambert. I had been working with Kelli for several months and she not only found my perfect home but she also sent me to the perfect lender as well. I was amazed at how quickly Susan responded and provided an approval letter for my realtor. She made the entire process quick and painless. She was a joy to work with. I will absolutely refer no other lender to friends inquiring about a move to the Florence area. 5 STARS!

I cant begin to express enough gratitude for Susan and her team! They were professional, responsive, and tremendously helpful. As with any house buying process, there were several hiccups along the way, and Susan and her team handled all of them with ease (well...at least it was easy from our end - Im sure Susan and Co. had to jump through some hoops!). I cant recommend them enough for your lending needs.
