Best decision of my life! Just over 5 weeks out and I am over the moon with my results. Dr Pendergast did an amazing job and everyone has been so kind and helpful.

So the first time I came to this place i was excited and i figured it would be a better option for me rather than a tummy tuck . I also thought it would be more affordable! lol wrong !!!! But the first time i came i waited an hour i had to leave because I have other places i needed to be . Upset that I wasted an hour of my time and also driving in that 280 traffic. Anyway fast forward i gave the place another shot . First of all the staff is nice but they are all very sales based . Using a lot sales tactics to make you sign papers drop your deposit that day and move on. This place has no care about you for real your finances nothing . You think your going just for a consultation but no you get told if you lock this in now Ill take this amount off , oh this price is only good if you agree to do it today. Any day after today this price will not stand. I felt like i was in a car lot looking for a car and very pushy. Like who can just randomly make a decision like that about 17k i mean lets assume it was only 8k thats still a lot of money families need to think about it talk to there spouse etc. i give this place a 2 why because im sure they get commission off each lipo session so i guess as an employee you have to do what you have to do. But nooo i would rather go else where that can tell me an actual consultation without pressuring me to make a decision that day .

Showed up for appointment and after waiting an hour there were still people ahead of me waiting. Ended up having to leave to go to work and wasted my free afternoon at this place. No point in making an appointment if you cant be seen for the consultation. Plenty of other places in Birmingham that actually want to see clients.

Kristin has been a huge help! She is always my go to person with any questions I have! 10/10 recommend her as the best nurse! My nurses, consultant, and Doctor was great! Lani, Samantha, Janeris, and Doctor Atun, were so caring and compassionate and was truly worried about me and my experience! I highly recommend the Birmingham Sonobello!

There are entirely too many commercials! On every break on what Im watching is another commercial for Sono Bello! I think weve all gotten the message! Please discontinue running these ads because your clients are going to be running the other way. Thank you very much.
