Stay away!!! I am very disappointed with the service. I needed to file for divorce and I applied through this place and regretted about it. Sergey at first made me feel comfortable, said he had a lot of experience with divorces and explained how the process will going on. I had an easy case and the impression was positive, so there was no doubt. When I brought the money, Sergey counted it and commented that I surprisingly didnt cheat which was very disrespectful. I should had taken the money and leave immediately, but I didn't. Then I waited about 10 days for Sergey to prepare the documents and call for signature, it was very tiring. And after filing documents with the court, I had to wait a very long time - 1 year and 4 months. During this time, I periodically called Sergey and asked why it took so long, but Sergey indifferently referred to the pandemic and said that he checks once every 2 weeks. When 2023 came (and I applied back in September 2019), I lost my patience and couldnt wait anymore. For you to understand, every time I felt apathy when I reminded this expectation. I found a lawyer, explained the situation and he recommended me to find out the index number of my case and check the status in court. It was Friday and I called Sergey to find out the index number, but Sergey said that he was not in the office and said to call back on Monday. And on Monday, Martin Luther King was supposed to be a holiday, which is essentially a day off. It seemed suspicious to me and after the phone conversation with Sergey I immediately went to this office, which took about 40 minutes, and I Sergey was in the office!!! I asked why he lied to me, he seemed confused and replied that at that time he was not in the office and came after. It turns out he made a complete fool out of me. As a result, he gave me an index number, I went to court and got a shock, it turns out that the process has not even started yet (!!!), because not enough documents were submitted (about 3 documents out of 10)!!! It turns out 1 year and 4 months of waiting and my lost nerves are just in vain. I came to Sergey with this list of documents, to which he showed bewilderment, just said sorry. And he also said that he had already deleted the electronic version of my case (!!!) and would submit a paper one. I dont know how he applied for the first time, but he didnt give anything into my hands. After the re-submission of documents, I myself controlled the process and periodically went to court. As a result, 4.5 months after the re-filing, I finally got a divorce. And I found out about it myself in court, when I came again to clarify at what stage my case was, but not from Sergey I received this information. All subsequent necessary actions, like sending documents to my ex-husband, also fell on my shoulders. Sergei showed complete irresponsibility and I strongly recommend not to deal with him, and if you already are - check all information and control processes in order not to end up in a similar situation.
