Marshawn was fast, professional, and knowledgable -- appreciate his efforts to rooter my sewer lateral today. (Oh and a shout out to Sean too, who really took the time to explain my options and also provided excellent service today!) One thing to keep in mind is that their prices tend to be on the high side, but their work and responsiveness has been great.

I am deleting my first review which was 5 stars and replacing it with this one star review: Scheduled an appointment several days in advance for a 2-4pm weekday window and received a small flood of emails and texts to confirm and remind. Left work early, arrived at 2pm, and waited until 3:30pm and was then told the appointment was cancelled (because they were busy). A rather unpleasant CS rep then told me that it could be rescheduled for the next morning at 8pm-10pm, and that it would be first thing in the morning. Next day I received a text at 8am saying the technician was on his way. At 9am I called Albert to find out if there was a time frame I could expect service. I was promised the technician would contact me with an ETA. No call Technician arrived at 9:40am Cleared the clog in 15mins! Paid the $600+ charge. The 3 hour 40min (not including travel) time waste was a serious problem for me. I feel I respected their time but they disrespected mine. I will never use or recommend Albert Nahman again.
