Emerson Process Management has announced that they have found their new international headquarters and that the company will now be located in Round Rock in Austin. The company said that they have decided to relocate their new headquarters to Frontera Vista Complex that will provide a better location for the company. Emerson Process Management revealed that the same place will be the technology center for the company from where they will handle all the business transactions. Many companies in Austin believe that this is one of the major commercial moves in Austin and it might impact the economy of the city.

Emerson Process Management said that they will also have to move more than 800 employees that are currently employed in the company. The new location is 250,000 square foot and they will have to install more than 3500 computers and 10,000 devices in the office. The company also revealed that they had to pack all the office stuff into 8000 crates and used 25,000 labels. EDC Moving Systems in Austin helped the company to make the entire move and for that that put in 4,200 labor hours and 44 movers and six trucks. The company also made use of the 60 foot awning that was use to protect the equipment from the rain.
