Round Rock based Dell Inc is really trying to improve things in the market and they would also like to get back their reputation in the market. Now, Dell has made an announcement that they have decided to go for another acquisition and therefore they have decided that they have acquired California Gale Technologies that will help them to grow and diversify in the future. However, Dell did not provide much information on the financial terms of the deal. Dell believes that acquisition of various difference technology based companies will help them to expand their business portfolio in the future.

Gale Technologies was founded in the year 2008 and they have been developing infrastructure automation software that employs around 75 people. Dell claimed that this will be their seventh acquisition for the fiscal year 2012 and they believe that they can do lot better business with Gale Technologies on their side. Dell said that they are forming up Enterprise Systems and Solutions that will converge and enterprise workload topologies and solutions. Dell also believes that this acquisition will allow them to improve their market position and will help them to regain the stocks values that they have lost after the acquisition of Quest. Dell said that most of the stockholders and investors did not appreciate the previous acquisition.
