Ben is always extremely extremely helpful when I come in for maintenance. I drive in from North Austin, and I'm moving to Cedar Park, but I will remain a customer at Roger Beasley, because it is hard to find terrific service. I drive an older Mitsubishi, but they always treat me like i just bought a new car from them.Thanks for being honest, and helpful Ben.

I have a need for my Mitsubishi 3000GT SL to be checked for engine noise and engine light coming on intermittently. When called Beasley Mitsubishi for an appointment, Ben Navarro, service advisor, answered the phone. Ben is very courteous and assisted me wonderfully. On the day of the appointment of Nov-10-2018. Ben attended my vehicle and prepared the work order. Roy is the mechanics who is overseeing the work. I am so pleased to say that Ben and Roy have done a great job with the car. A 27 point inspection was done thoroughly by Roy. He drained the windshield reservoir and cleaned it since the sensor in the reservoir might be accumulated with residues build up overtime and send engine light on intermittently during braking. The brake pads are newly installed a year ago so they are in good shape. Brake fluid and transmission fluid were checked as well. The engine noise is gone. My car performs well. I want to thank Ben Navarro ( service advisor) and Roy Medellin ( mighty mechanics) for outstanding job. Ben and Roy are kind and courteous. Most importantly they listen to customer needs. I can't be happier than that. Roger Beasley Mitsubishi is where I put my trust for future repair needs. I am a happy customer. Ben and Roy made it happen.
