    Brittany is the store manager and does an amazing job. I stopped by because my tire was loosing air. Upon investigating the problem, Brittany found a screw in my tire. Instead of telling me I have to replace the tire she put a plug in it and I was on my way in 15 min.

    This all started when I saw a gash in one of my tires while still under warranty. The original Tire Barn told me to go to Mr. Tire and I chose the location in the riverside area. What began as a simple task to get a replacement tire 3 months ago turned into a nightmare. I was mislead, strung along, and otherwise had to personally pester them sometimes multiple times per week to get a replacement tire now finally done today 3 months later. There were many issues finding the particular tire I had to have replaced, but after a month I had to personally continue to call Mr. Tire to pester them enough to get the ball rolling. I would then get told I'd be called in a few days or a week (this happened honestly almost weekly) and then no one would ever call me back until I called them myself! About a month in I was asked again for the type of tire as if we were just then starting the process from scratch. I was eventually told someone would contact the Tire Barn that originally placed the tire, then that they didn't have any more and then that they "couldn't get any more" of that particular tire (this is a Ford 500....how exotic could this be?), then some sort of regional manager had to be contacted, then that the tire needed to be ordered from Amazon, then that the tire was being shipped, then a week later still that- oops- the tires (now two, for some reason despite only needing 1 replaced) actually were never shipped at all, then finally a few days ago I had had enough and I talked to the manager Joe. I normally am an obviously very patient and obviously overtrusting person but I got a bit stern with Joe and told him 3 months of constant stringing along was absolutely unacceptable. Within 3 or so days I was in the shop and magically had 2 tires (they don't look new but I am so fed up I just want to never ever look back) placed even though I only needed one. The level of unprofessionalism and absolutely unparallelled poor communication and frankly deceit during this 3 month process for 1 tire is something I hope to never ever experience again. At the end of the day I was told by phone it would be a 30-minute appointment today to have the *tire* replaced. After THREE HOURS- from my 10am appointment to nearly 1pm- I was called by the personable but sadly terrible at her job woman who had strung me along these last months (Brittany) and told I was ready. I went to the shop and was told I had TWO replaced tires (??? again only needed one replaced and they don't even appear to be new!) and that there was now a fee "that had already been reduced" of $85 for labor and some sort of warranty deal. I was never told I'd be charged for anything as Joe had told me a few days before the tires would be free but failed to mention any other cost especially after this complete fracas. To make a really long story short, I wouldn't trust this Mr. Tire place farther than I could throw it. I gave them SO many chances and was SO patient with them time and time again. Their communication was shoddy, often incorrect, and lacking in any sort of professionalism or honesty. Get your act together Mr. Tire off of Riverside! UPDATE 12/2/2019: After leaving a message to the number that replied (it was for a "Monro Muffler and Tire" or something), I got another email with the same number and the voicemail box was full for customer service. I pushed "0" and got transferred to a human lady who I told about the full VM box and she said "Hold on" and transferred me right back. Just further proof this whole business is operated very poorly in terms of customer care!
