Jay and her team listed my home September 3rd and in was in contract on September 6th. We closed yesterday October 5th. It only took 30 days to list and sale our home from start to finish. Never any issues or set backs!! I am very pleased

Jay and her team have been beyond amazing from the very first phone call to even after her job was completed. It took what seemed forever to finally get my house on the market, it was so much to be done inside the house and I had so much going on in my personal life- senior graduation festivities, sporting events for the kids, even death, all of this on top of going through the purchasing process to buy a new home in a different state. But Jay!!!! She would call me every month to check in and see how things were going and to reassure me there was no need to rush, it would work out. When we finally got to listing week, the weekend our open house was held and walk throughs were taking place Jay had an issue with her phone and couldn’t be reached through it, on top of her being out of town. Jay told me even though she wouldn’t be there she would still be in contact and everything would be smooth. We had more offers than we needed by the end of that weekend and was in contract by that Monday! Talk about an excellent team! If Jay was unavailable her assistant took care of whatever needed to be done immediately! Jay worked very hard to make sure I was able to close on my old home so I could close on my new home just days later. On packing day when we had to load up our u-haul Jay came over in jeans and tennis shoes offering to help! Jay brings so much knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency to the table; she always had a listening ear and also took the time to educate me on things when I had questions. I truly feel like one of family members sold my house for me. Don’t let that young, pretty face fool you, Jay is a beast in this market and will surpass your real estate needs!
