Stefanie was amazing to work with. She kept us updated constantly with the mortgage, information needed, changes and even extra info about our new home and location. She responded usually within minutes to questions. Helped us save more on mortgage than we thought. Definitely better than last 2 mortgage companies we worked with. Her knowledge of VA loans and things that could cause issues was super helpful in helping us close in under 30 days.

Stefanie is wonderful! She took the time to understand our goals and offer options that could help us meet those goals. She taught us so much and was amazingly kind and empathetic. When we asked for certain things, she said yes we can do that, but first made us aware of the cost of those things both in the short and long term (e.g. rate buy down, buying points, etc.). Ultimately she saved us money AND improved our confidence in our goals. Highly highly recommend, especially for folks like us who are first time home buyers and have a lot to learn about this journey!
