        Don't apply, they put properties out for over 150 days and list on multiple sites all with different rental criteria. We don't have any criminal background, scores met the requirements and we make 5x the rent and were still denied and areout $150 .... don't apply here. Save yourself the money.

        Its cold in the dead of winter and my furnace is out then this company had the audacity to send me a letter stating if my pipes get frozen Im responsible for the damages. Oh but your furnace is not working and then they send a guy out here that spent hours trying to fix it and was unsuccessful. Then he says it should be warm the next couple days.Wow! Warm for who? You? Ridiculous
