I recently underwent hand surgery with Dr. Cook, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Dr. Cook took the time to explain everything thoroughly, both before and after the surgery. His expertise and attention to detail were truly commendable. The office staff, including the medical professionals, were all top-notch. They exuded professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional organizational skills. I appreciate how they keep patients informed via text notifications for therapy appointments. Additionally, the mobile app check-in process is incredibly convenient and efficient. No more waiting around in the lobby! Susan, my therapist, exhibits remarkable creativity in devising effective solutions for my hand and finger therapy. Her professionalism, friendliness, and organizational skills are equally commendable. Overall, my experience at this doctors office has been outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and the entire team for their excellent care and streamlined processes.

This is the way health care should be ! The organization of the entire office is like clock work with no waiting time ! Everyone there is on the same page and the experience is what is expected from a health care facility ! 5 Stars out of 5 Stars ! Thank you ! Today 02/26/24 I called to make an appointment to see Dr. Wilcox about both of my shoulders that have Tendonitis and my knee that possibly has a new menibcus tear ! However the person answering the phone told me that I have to choose which shoulder hurts more because DR. Wilcox can not look at all three issues in one appointment !!!!!!!!!!!! I said that is crazy and she hung up on me and I can not get a return call from the office !

Only allowing patients back into the consult area and denying family members entry is bad practice and should be updated. I saw multiple family members enter and exit, meanwhile I was rather rudely denied entry back to accompany my wife.

Quoted $250 for consult over phone and in person. I was upfront on the phone and in person that I would be self-pay. They just sent me a bill for $315 with 65 due. They lie and waste your time and money. The surgery was quoted for the wrong hand (see photo) First thing when I got there with them knowing full well I was self pay, they try to order MORE xrays not covered by the $250 consult fee (without disclosing the price to me until I asked) even though there were TWO perfectly good sets of xrays available from the ER just a week earlier. They can't tell you the prices for things because everything is billed separately and I was required to do the legwork on price shopping. The facilities in the same building they use all the time (the one they can't get prices for), also can't schedule the surgery time until the day before! The 5 minutes I did spend with Dr. Gowda (that's >$3000/hr), he removed the stitches, complained about the quality of the stitch work from the ER (they actually helped me, you a.h.), and gave me the no st sherlock options of wait and see, or surgery. Thanks for nothing.
