My wife and I worked with Kelly Boll from Revolution Mortgage in getting things together for purchasing the Condo we were renting. This was our first purchase and she was very helpful in making sure we understood what was going on and helping us navigate different lending options. She was very easy to get a hold of when needed, answered any questions we had in a timely manner, was willing to talk over the phone, text, and email, and was overall easy to work with. We did have a few communication issues with one of the title offices she recommended, but the errors were on PM Title's end and not Kelly, so that is not something I am taking into account in this review. There were a few other people people in our family helping with the purchase and Kelly was available to talk with them as needed. There was also some last minute signing that popped up the day before we were supposed to close causing a bit of rush to get signatures from everyone, but everything worked out. In all honesty, we did not really shop around for any other mortgage lenders, so I cannot say if we got the absolute best deal out there, but we were able pay down and lock into a 2.85% interest rate on a 30yr mortgage and were extremely satisfied working with Kelly.

I have worked with Brett Thomas and his team multiple times now on investment properties and they are great! They know what they're doing, they are easy to communicate with and they get things done fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The app makes it easy to send the required information, and my loan officer Malcom Stefanitsis was very responsive anytime I had a question.
