        They use bots and booking agents that are not great. You get incorrect information and cannot fix it. They still take your money. They are the worst company in recent memory. Do not go there!!!!!

        Plus: Convenient to South Buffalo and NY highways. Hotel property was worn with a gritty adjoining property (abandoned derelict car, overgrown lot). Breakfast was advertised but offered green bananas and powdered eggs. I wasn't offered any BW rewards points. OK for short stay.

        Laid on top of the bed for five minutes before a bed bug crawled out. We immediately grabbed our bags and left. Refund was issued through Priceline pretty quickly which was nice.
