We hired Scott to help sell our grandmothers house. He had a similar listing in the same neighborhood a few weeks earlier. His assistance prior to listing helped us receive multiple offers right away and we ultimately entered into a contract well above listing price. We encountered some logistical issues prior to closing (our issues) and while it delayed things a bit, it remained a seamless process and very easy on us.

I found Scott based on a google review and he did not disappoint. I found him to be very honest and authentic. We have a rental unit in North Bergen NJ. We had steady tenants that lived there for seven years. The real estate agent that we used to find our initial tenants had moved away. Fortunately, Scott was super knowledgeable about our area and surrounding areas. We had a tight timeline to find a tenant. He had our listing on the MLS and all related sites within one day of seeing the apartment. He created an intense interest in the listing within the first few days. He was consistent in his communications. Any interest and applications were sent to us immediately.
