I had a pleasant experience here a few years back. I left after the office didnt accept a new insurance I had. August 2022, I have a new insurance. I called the office a few times to check if they accepted my insurance, was never able to get a hold of anyone. I left 2 voicemails inquiring about services. I went online, submitted a request appointment and asked about insurance. I received a call back 2.5 weeks later. They were calling for someone else and but I had been trying to connect with the office for some time and no one had reached out to me. She was sweet and scheduled my appointment for me told me they accepted my insurance . When i arrived at the office I didnt fill any paperwork out. I sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes and was called in and waited in the exam room for 40 minutes. When the dental assistant came in she asked what I needed stated that I didnt have insurance on fill, I told her no one asked me for any information besides the time I booked the appointment. She told me I might not be covered for the implant I needed without checking my insurance. I asked her before we did anything if she could confirm that the office accepted my insurance. She took the card came back a few minutes later, saying lets do your X-rays first and then the consultation with the doctor. I asked if she had checked my insurance, she told me no shell check after because it will take her some time to do so. I kindly asked for my insurance card back, and said thank you for your time but Im just going to go and I left. I believe their services would have been good but I honestly didnt like the disorganization, the amount of time I had to wait, and the fact that I was told something probably wouldnt be covered before they checked the insurance.

Everyone here is extremely friendly! Not only that, the doctors get straight to the point and they do an amazing job working with my teeth! I am thankful for this place.
