Posh Butterfly Floral

The experience with this floral shop. My grandkids order me a surprise floral arrangement for Valentine's Day to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day to my job. Flowers were late to arrive and not delivered until the very next day, of course which happened to be my off day from work. I called the floral shop to advise of the situation and the lady that answered the phone was beyond rude and highly unprofessional. She stated that the flowers were delivered by a 3rd party and she/the shop wouldn't take any type of responsibility for the issue. The customer service and handling of what could have been an easy customer resolution resulted in high disappointment. Clearly this place doesn't know anything in regards offering some type of customer service when there is an issue, no matter who caused it from their side or the delivery side, they would not take any type ownership to assist me no matter whose fault it was. Now the flowers are sitting in my office dying until i get there 3 days later

This place should be out of business!! I had a terrible experience with them!! They delivered a broken plant, & when I went to the to this place, they were so rude to Me & told Me to leave & on never come back!! I will never be back there again!!! I've never been treated so bad!!!

Excellent customer service, very friendly people. Had a corsage and boutonniere made and couldn't have asked for a perfect color match.
