        NO COMMUNICATION!! Dropped off taxes in plenty of time to get done before being late. They filed an extension on my behalf causing me to have to pay more and I had to call them to find out. They told me it would take about a week to get my taxes done and then nothing for a month. Then when you call and ask for someone in charge no one is able to help you and if you ask for an appointment they dont have one available for over a month. Everyone just makes excuses and tries to pass the buck. No accountability. WORST PLACE EVER!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

        Filed our taxes incorrectly. Would not return phone calls. Was not able to meet with her until may 11 to correct problems. Very bad experience. Still not sure corrections have been made right. We filed our taxes in February.
