I am attempting to move back to Kansas City from halfway across the country, and Carlos was easily the most knowledgeable leasing agent I encountered during the entire process. The apartments themselves are immaculate and have everything you could need, as well as several amenities that would be very helpful from those that are able to work remotely. The surrounding neighborhood has personality to it, and I'm told there are all sorts of events that take place just a few blocks away that you can easily walk to. I elected to live in another complex due to its proximity to my new employer, but this was a very very close second. If this complex had been even a little further north, it would've been a no-brainer!

Very personable staff. Clean apartment and building and common spaces. Love that it is dog friendly. Great dining nearby. Convenient covered parking garage directly across the street.

My experience with the staff has been nothing but excellent. Theyre considerate, knowledgable and professional. Today I put in a maintenance request for A/C and within 20mins Gene arrived.While indulging in conversation as he worked the project was complete within 10mins but we did not stop conversing for another 15. These folks work hard to ensure our building is beyond standard and I witness this everyday.
