I was first told that they will be here in 20-30 mins. I explained that I needed services but still calling around to get quicker time and would call if I happen to not need services. I stuck with them and never said I didn’t need services. So after the time went passed I texted back and asked how much longer. They said they would be another 25 mins then proceeds to text me and say they’re closed! Like what? Hours say OPEN 24 HOURS! They are not open 24 hours and they definitely give you the run around.

May 23. 2021 called for service because I lost my keys. Locksmith shoes up in good time. Performs the job as expected. I pay him. Middle to end of July, I notice the top rubber part of the keypad is starting to bulge. By August second, the rubber started to seperate from the plastic case and my car became harder to open. Tried to push it back in but the rubber would not pop into place. I called the tech. He text me back he's busy, text him. Itext him the situation and ASKED if he could fix it. He didn't reply. Several hours pass, no response until I contacted again. He asked for picture of front and back of key then says it's a mechanical problem. He can't fix it BUT I CAN'T BUY SOME MORE OF THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOR A SPECIAL LOW PRICE OF $99. I JUST PAID $249 for a new key May 13th. By August 1st, the fob is falling apart! He forwards info to his manager. His manager calls to tell me that that's just normal wear and tear with a belligerent tone and that I'm HARRASSING HIS TECHNICIAN. HE SAID HE WISH I TRY TO TAKE HIM TO COURT! That's what I'm gonna do! I work too hard for my money to only get part of what I work hard to earn! BEWARE BUYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
