Jeff and his team of real estate experts are top notch and made our dreams of becoming home owners come true. In a time of record-high home prices and sky rocketting interest rates, we didn't even think owning a home would ever happen to us and somehow Jeff made the dream a reality and all of the pieces fell together in such a seamless way. Thee entire home buying process was so much easier than we had expected, all because Jeff and his team knew exactly what had to happen and took care of it all for us. They gave us the time and space to figure out what we wanted and then pulled everything together extremely quickly when it was go time. I don't normally leave reviews on here but for being known as one of the hardest/scariest decisions you will make in your lifetime, buying a home with Jeff and his team was extremely easy and nowhere near as stressful as we had imagined. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and I will be sending anybody I know who is looking for a home over his way. You're in good hands if you choose these guys!

Jeff and the team at CrossCountry mortgage made the home buying process for my wife and I (first-time home buyers) so much simpler. They immediately establish trust by responding quickly and honestly to all questions we had and made sure we were aware of all next steps before they happened. They have regular check-ins with you and work together as a team seamlessly so there is no repetition on your end. They helped us with a 2/1 buy down as well as rate buy downs and offered multiple different options for loans and terms. Great experience and a team I can't recommend enough.
