        Large, clean rooms. Beds very good. Breakfast ok (unfortunately still a lot of plastic, like in most US hotels).

        I stayed with my wife for 3 days and they didn't clean any day and on the last day I showed the receptionist that there were cockroaches and I left at 4 am and asked for my money back and she refused, she wanted to give me another room but I imagine it would be the same , very bad experience

        Customer service was great, rooms were clean, location was good begin close to Frost Bank Center, like 8 minutes. I wish the Hottub worked though water was cold didn't heat up, but loved the Easter eggs they had for members, members got to pick an egg and get whatever points were inside, 15,000

        Hot tub broken so it was Frozen. Rserved a room just for the hot tub. No compensation given. They told me I would get extra points but after a month not received yet.
