    I came home Thursday of lastbweek to see my clothes rack in my closet fell. All my clothes on the floor. I put in a maintenance ticket & guess what...rack is still on the floor. Maintenance has NOT even come to my unit to fix....UGH, can't wait to move out of this place.

    So frustrating that I cant get ahold of the front office. I dont want to call 911 for noise complaint or concern for my neighbor doing suspicious activity. I would like to get it handled through my apartment so nobody gets in serious trouble but these people dont do their damn jobs. My other neighbor has a dog that barks for hours and it sounds aggressive but better than my neighbor who has people over through all hours of the night coming and going from the apartment obviously doing something suspicious.

    I put in a maintenance request because my washer only works on a certain setting and nobody came. I put in 2 more maintenance request today because my air handler is leaking and when my husband looked under it there was a Kroger bag tied to the bottom of it? (Clearly they dont care about the residence living here if theyre doing shut like that) and the other request has to do with my AC not working. This is my second time submitting a request because nobody showed up the first time. Not only is the ac messed up but I tried to use my heater and it made all my smoke alarms go off. When I went to the office after calling 5 times, I told Eddie about the problems in my apartment and he said all of the problems I report are emotional problems so wanting my ac, heater, dishwasher, washing machine, leaky window and the mold in my apartment fixed because its not safe for my husband and I or our NEW BORN is an emotional issue apparently. Do not live here. Edit: 05/21/24 Good luck trying to get in touch with these people. Tried calling twice and get sent to voicemail after a few rings. My neighbors are so noisy & have so many different people going in and out the home through all hours of the night. They are currently banging on my walls as my baby is trying to sleep. But cant get ahold of anybody to help fix this issue. I dont want to get anyone in trouble or have to call 911 for a noise complaint when thats something my apartment should be handling.

    Cant wait till my lease is over. Raccoon problem they never solved its like talking to a damn wall it had babies its always messing with my trash I cant ever go to my patio in peace since they are always on my PATIO. Raccoons carry RABIES. The new supervisor Hispanic lady is rude. shes miserable at her job and it shows Shes gonna come across the wrong person one day. My bathtub is peeling since I guess they painted over and they told me its my problem and they cant do anything about it.

    I've been at this property since 2017 and with the constant change of who manages the property is a bit much, I've tried to call your on multiple occasions concerning my apartment leaking water once a week, mold in the vents, car being g towed on Christmas Eve and none of the punch list from my first move done but I get noticed about what I can and can't do on this property. Why am I paying for Amazon to delivery packages, why am I paying for someone to take my trash to the dumpster for 35.00 a month? This a continuation of my past review about the ceiling leaking, today it started again and after I wrote the last review the Manager stated that she would like to come by my apartment and talk to me but never showed up. Tomorrow I need to do my due diligence and report this whoever can make this issue go away.
