Evergreens Florist

I used Evergreens Florist for the first time yesterday and made my order online, within an hour a very nice lady called me to discuss my order and make sure I was happy with what they are going to put together. They were so polite and even sent me a picture of the arrangement BEFORE sending it out so I would know what it was going to be. A text was sent after it was delivered also. It was hands down the best experience I have had ordering flowers. Highly recommend

Evergreens saved the day. Got a late notice on Saturday of a funeral service on Memorial day (Monday morning). All florists were closed but Evergreens was open on Sunday. Called and spoke to Taylor who was super amazing and accomodating. She said they're open 7 days and delivery next morning on Holiday was no problem. Beautiful piece and reasonable price! There's a reason they have 5 stars!

A special gem providing gorgeous and unique arrangements with top-notch customer service. I found myself ordering flowers for my mothers birthday the night before and had resigned myself to using some large .com brand. However my mom is beyond chic and knew that if I went with some generic stale offering it would still be a nice gesture but nothing more. I was hoping to get her a gift she would actually like! The clock was ticking. I was worried, and I dont even live in the same state! In comes Evergreens Florist, the pics look good and the creativity is definitely what Im looking for, but its all still a gamble until the flowers arrive. So I send off the order fingers crossed that a not-bad arrangement would arrive within a couple days of her birthday (keeping my expectations low at this point as we live in the time of wishlist). You can imagine my pleasant surprise when my mom called gushing over her arrangement! I could tell it really made her birthday special and was a gift she really loved! On top of that, when delivering they told my mom care tips to make the flowers last longer. AND they reached out to me when there was no note with the order and were able to update it before it went outeven though I took like 4 hours to reply! So thank you for making this hot mess look like an effortless superstar in the eyes of his mother! Priceless!! and also the magic of flowers!

Evergreen Florist was the best experience I have ever had ordering and sending flowers. They went way over and beyond my expectations and were absolutely great to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone! They paid attention to detail, the communication was great, and the customer service was wonderful! Thank you Evergreen for making the experience wonderful and the arrangement absolutely beautiful!

This was the best experience I've ever had in ordering flowers for delivery in another state. They are locally owned and operated and it shows. Taylor worked with me over the phone to create a perfect arrangement for my loved one. I received a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered as well as a personalized text updating me when the flowers were delivered. Evergreen Florists is the place to go for flowers near Hendersonville, TN!
