        This evening, I went through Zaxbys drive through. The car ahead of me was told to park and their order would be brought to them. I was told the same thing. Four cars after us were also told this. The staff did not bring each order out as they were prepared. Instead, they held all six orders and had a young woman brought all six out at the same time. This took way longer than any drive-through service should take. Those of us who were waiting the longest had cold and soggy food since it sat in the containers and the steam condensed on the food. It was a waste of time and money because of poor management on the part of the shift manager.

        Zaxby just came out with the Shrimp dinner. Excellent meal but the cook put a box of salt over everything. Enough to blister your lips! Why?!!!
