Our pipe froze due to the drop in temperature and left our house with no water. Vanguard service did a great job with finding where exactly the pipe came into the home since the pipes are behind a sheet rock wall. After locating the pipe, they made a clean hole to expose the pipe and allow the heat to warm it up. The ice melted and our water is up and running again, thank God! Not only great service but great character and customer service as well. Thank you for your assistance Vanguard, God bless!

My water heater was leaking from the bottom and I had no hot water. Mid afternoon, I contacted Jaime, from Vanguard and Jamie responded back within minutes. Jamie told me he was at another job and can service me later in evening. Jamie and this tech guy was professional and efficient. I will definitely call Vanguard again

Jaimie and his team did a fantastic job. They took the time to get our boiler installed quick and knocked it out of the park. Very professional and informative. He continued to answer questions even after the job was done. I would 100% use Vanguard again the future.
