TRIO at JubiLee Park

We just moved into TRIO and I have to say, If youre a techy, youll love this place. All of the digital security is really great around the property. Lyraine, Natacha and the team from the leasing office are great. They made the move in process super simple and easy. When we toured, Natacha took about an hour to tour us 5 different units which we thought was above and beyond! Were glad she did because we settled on the last unit we viewed. The amenities are luxury and top-notch. Pool and surrounding area are beautiful. The place is brand new and feels like real resort style living.

Beautiful place. It looks like a 5 stars hotel. Veery expensive to live there. It doesn't make sense at least for our pockets

I have been a resident since the community opened. The community is exceptional and maintained with lots of professional care. This is a perfect place to live. The interior design is exceptional, smart building, excellent manager and staff. Work from home space is exceptional. Lot of top restaurants, close to retail, great pet park, beautifully landscaped, clubhouse, gym. Staff is always happy and eager to assist you. Easy and close access to major roads. If your looking for a home environment and staff to great you as if your at the Ritz, this is the place.

Mrs. Santos was great during orientation!! She was very knowledgeable regarding everything that resided in the apartment. At the end of the tour I had no questions and was thrilled to make TRIO my home!! This apartment complex is the best and the staff are second to none.
